As the first to offer a big baler back
in 1978, Hesston remains the undisputed leader in big bale systems with more
experience, more models and more capacity than anyone in the business.
Whatever your farm, commercial or custom need, Hesston has the answer in the
4760, 4790 and 4910. All three utilize Hesston’s patented prepacker chamber that preforms each flake, coupled with a double knotter system that ties two knots per bale. The result... solid, square-shouldered bales that load, haul and stack like bricks. |
|
| For fast
cutting in the toughest conditions, including damp and tangled forage, look
to Hesston’s 1300 Series disc mower-conditioners. Three different models
feature a low, profile rotary cutter bed that combines durable strength with
easy maintenance. The modular spur gear design allows each gear assembly and idler to be individually removed and serviced. Meanwhile, an eccentric linkage allows the standard 110-inch (75.3" on 1320) conditioner rolls to temporarily separate, eject a slug and reset to save time and frustration. |
|
| Solid. That’s the best
way to describe a Hesston manure spreader. From the welded frame to the
one-piece, polyethylene-coated floor, made from seven-ply marine plywood, to
the copper bearing steel sides, these units are built for punishment. A rugged, two-speed gearbox (optional on S90); T-Rod conveyor chain, rated at a minimum 16,000 pounds tensile strength, and paddles designed to cut and shred ensure positive feeding and even spreading for years to come. |
|
| Straight-through crop
flow allows the Hesston Silapro™ 7500 forage harvester to boast the largest
theoretical capacity—calculated on throat size, cut length and cuts per
minute—of any pull-type forage harvester on the market. Designed for tractors from 90 to 300 horsepower, the 7500 moves crop material in a smooth, uninterrupted path from the header to the blower in much the same manner as a self-propelled machine. The benefits include greater capacity, efficiency and feed quality; less plugging; and precise control of the crop discharge. |

|
Hesston takes small
rectangular baling in a different direction than most competitors.
Center-line design moves crop material in a straight line from the pickup to
the bale chute for less leaf loss, greater bale density and improved
efficiency. |
